I really enjoyed the plant tour but make sure you have advance reservations. All in Japanese but they give you English pamphlets if you need. Learnt a lot on the Snow brand. At end of tour, they give complimentary milk and souvenir. Note that no photography allowed during tour and they provide free locker at the assembly area.

The tour was very informative and interesting. All in Japanese, but they gave me an English leaflet that explained everything. If you are interested in dairy products in recommend taking the tour. You need to book a time slot, which is think you can do online, but i did it in person and then just waited for the tour to begin.

Reservation in advance is required for a guided tour of the manufacture process in the factory. Walk in could only be allowed to visit the conference room with a few related items. Thanks for the nice staff letting me in for a basic viewing.

Nice free tour and very accommodating with limited English. Gifted with 2 milk items in a showbag. Worth booking ahead.

Don't come without reservations. It took me 19 mins walking from the station with my two kids in the rain, and at the entrance, I was told that it was full today so I cannot visit unless there is a guided tour. Very disappointed that I come all the way but cannot see anything. Thanks for the free milk as a complimentary drink. Please do call and book in advance before visiting
