A ramen shop in Kita Ward, Sapporo. We use no chemical seasonings and cook carefully and with time, valuing the original taste of the ingredients. Because no individual ingredient is flashy, the first bite may feel lacking, but as you keep eating, the umami of each ingredient builds up, and toward the end it all becomes one; that kind of natural flavor is the strength of Matazo. Our greatest wish is that you eat without thinking about anything and feel that something is different.

4.2/5, can definitely come again. Homely atmosphere, not too crowded. Had the tantan tsukemen which was very nice, with thick chewy noodles and a rich nutty broth. 3.8/5 Surprising stand out was the aburi charshu don for 390 yen, which was absolutely out of this world. Rice was fluffy and soft, sauce had incredible umami, and the pork was succulent and beautifully seared. 4.5/5

Cozy and nicely decorated place. Tried Shio ramen and tan tan men and both were good. I particularly liked Shio ramen.

又造 is my favorite restaurant in Japan. One of my life goals is to try the whole menu, including temporary dishes! P.S. Thank you Albert for introducing me to 又造 (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤

A VERY good ramen, really a special place. Cozy, feels like home, the atmosphere is terrific. Although it is small, it does have one big table for 4 people, and a couple of tables for couples, the rest is counters (still good for friends). The menu rotates cool specials every week, the original recipes that are awesome. There is standard set of ramen (salt, shoyu, miso) plus tsukemen. Tsukemen is futo-men and REALLY good, prepared fresh every time. There is take out.

Niboshi tukemen was very tasty. I loved it. A little bit expensive, though. The staff members were very nice. I would like to come back.
