Hidden gem, very delicious duck soba and veggie/shrimp tempura. Went there for lunch, full of local customers less touristy.

Atmosphere was very pleasant. Mostly businessmen having dinner. Classy music was playing. Food was pretty good, though at 1600¥+ the tempura soba was a little on the pricier side. The batter was thin and crispy and the buckwheat taste of the noodles was good. Note they close early at 7:30pm. No queue when I went on a weekday!

Ordered the prawn and veg soba set with seaweed. Also got the Shin Kame special junmai sake. The soba is a little thinner than usual, kinda like angel’s hair. If you like soba, you’ll like this place. I enjoyed my dinner here.

Table service hot or cold soba with prawns and veg tempura. Soba just nicely done bit al dente. Sauce not too salty.

Very traditional soba restaurant. my japanese friends recommend it.
