February 7, Reiwa 8 Google Maps said it opens at 7 in the morning, so before work I got off the bus partway and walked 10 minutes in minus 8 degrees. I arrived at 6:57. Since it opens at 7, naturally the noren wasn't out yet, but it was pitch-dark inside and there was absolutely no sign of preparations to open. The hours posted on the glass also say it opens at 7. Closed on Saturdays? Nothing says that either. I'd been so happy to find a rare place where I could eat before work😭 Looks like it has closed down. April 5 update At 8:30, the shop was open! When I asked, they said they open in the morning every day except Thursday. A place where you can drink beer in the morning after a night shift is precious😅
View on GoogleI recommend the soy sauce version of 札幌クラシック. The rich soup that stays hot to the end and the noodles' firm bite match perfectly, so you can enjoy it right down to the very last bite. I've been many times, but it's always quiet… It's strange that somewhere this delicious isn't crowded. (Update 2026/7/21) Visited again and ordered my favorite 札幌クラシック醤油. Huh? The noodles were clumped together in a solid lump… The flavor was also very weak, and I couldn't call it delicious even to be polite. I wonder what happened.
View on GoogleMorning ramen at an unbelievable 500円! Not only do they offer the rare treat of morning ramen, but from 7~10, the light varieties normally priced at 800円 are just one coin, 500円 「あっさり味噌ラーメン」 has a red miso base but a rounded flavor, leaning light while combining an animal-based broth? with umami In a good way, it had more umami than the lightness I'd expected The toppings aren't luxurious, but it's a simple, well-balanced bowl Honestly, I think 500円 for this is far too cheap! 「タンメン」 is popular and recommended by the restaurant The flavor is on the light side, but the animal-based soup and the fragrant stir-fried vegetables go incredibly well together! The vegetables' umami and sweetness come through too, making it delicious And the vegetables are crisp, with just the right stir-frying and seasoning to let you taste their natural sweetness 「ミニチャーハン」 is cooked after the ramen is served, perhaps because one person runs everything The ingredients are simple: green onion, egg, chashu, and beni shoga It's lightly coated in oil and the rice grains stand apart! The flavor is salt-and-pepper based and fairly strong You can order the regular menu even in the morning!
View on GoogleI went for the first time last week and it was delicious, so I went again today!! Both times I ordered the light salt-flavored morning ramen. The soup is light and so delicious you want to drink it all. The portion is just right and easy to finish even for women! I order shio ramen at various places; since you can't hide behind a salt flavor, some are delicious and others aren't, but the shio here was exactly my kind of flavor and delicious. As for menma, some places make it quite sour and my preferences vary by shop, but the menma here was very much to my taste. And the best thing is the chashu. Both times it was so delicious I ordered 3 extra slices! Haha. The low fat content, tenderness, and thoroughly absorbed seasoning are fantastic! It goes well with rice🍚 This time I also ordered ミニチャーハン, which had a salt-based? gentle flavor that I really liked! I thought it deserved a higher rating! Next time I plan to try タンメン! I'll definitely go again!!
View on GoogleI had タンメン. It has a gentle flavor, and the refreshing feeling afterward is wonderful! The interior has a coffee-shop atmosphere. You can park 2 cars in front.
