It's really so delicious. You can eat here before going to Hokkaido University. The atmosphere inside the shop is very much like a Japanese TV drama, the portions are large and tasty, and the curry rice is truly so comforting. So lucky to have come across it.

October 2025 First visit Opens 11:30 There are 4 parking spaces right nearby, but since they're lined up 2 deep, please tell the staff after entering the shop! so they say. There's a line even before opening. Groups of 4 or more may not be able to get in due to seating... Tables and counter seat over 20 people, but there's no shared seating, so with parties of 2, a bit over 10 people counts as full. When I sat down right at opening, water came first. Even up to ordering is speedy. This time I ordered the "Simmered Cheese Egg Hamburger Plate" and the "Teppan Napolitan (with egg)"! The piping-hot Napolitan arrived. The pasta is thick. A towering heap. A lot. First, you crack a raw egg onto the teppan yourself! It transforms into a fried egg before your eyes. Fun to watch. Then the simmered cheese egg hamburger arrived. On a big plate, the hamburger in a scalding-hot dish is bubbling. Rice, salad, and hamburger on one plate. Now, let's eat! The hamburger isn't that strongly flavored. The simmering sauce is also fairly mild. Personally, a bit stronger would have been better. The radish salad on the hot parts is a thoughtful touch. But, a problem occurred‼️ The rice is bad. Maybe rice is the bottleneck for keeping prices low; once it cools it's so hard and tasteless it's like plastic. Very disappointing! And the pasta is also thick, like eating at a run-down snack bar. I had expected a lot because the ratings were good, but it was a bit disappointing. My companion said, "They compete on quantity and price since their customers are university students." Oh, I see, that makes sense! Thank you for the meal!
