We walked in and got a non-smoking tatami table and sampled a variety of yakitori. The beef hanger was particularly delicious—tender, flavorful, and well-prepared. The food overall was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced, making for an enjoyable dining experience.

View on GoogleI stopped by this izakaya on the way back to my hotel for a quick drink and a light snack. It seems more like a casual spot for young people to grab a few drinks rather than a place to come for memorable food. The complimentary chicken broth served from the thermos was already cold and tasted like hot water mixed with soup powder. The salt ramen had a similar issue—there was very little depth or richness, and it tasted more like instant soup stock than a carefully prepared broth. The karaage was decent. The chicken itself was moist and juicy, but the coating lacked the crispiness I was hoping for. Unfortunately, almost everything we tried was noticeably too salty. One thing future visitors should be aware of is that there is a designated smoking room inside the restaurant. Depending on where you are seated, cigarette smoke can occasionally drift into the dining area, which may be unpleasant for non-smokers. To be fair, we only had a couple of items and stopped in mainly for a drink after dinner, so I can’t speak for the entire menu. However, based on this visit, I would recommend this place more for a casual drink with friends than for anyone looking for outstanding food or deeper flavors.
