カレーの子 くろしおKuroshio
If you want to enjoy curry at the Sapporo Jogai Market, we recommend "Curry no Ko Kuroshio Sapporo Jogai Market Branch". Popular with everyone from locals to tourists, it's a specialty shop for European-style keema curry that serves everything from breakfast to lunch. The slow-simmered homemade curry has richness and a hint of spice within its mellowness, and is gaining attention as Sapporo gourmet food. Because it is next to the market, curries using fresh seafood are also well received. If you're in the Kuwazono area of Chuo-ku, Sapporo, and want "to eat delicious curry" or "to visit a popular shop," please stop by. It has been highly rated as a "recommended curry shop in Sapporo." View on GoogleThis curry was absolutely excellent! We got the chicken curry and shared a beer. Ate every bite. I recommend going here 100% if you like Japanese curry! The staff and the Captain was very nice, and the ship was so cool.
View on GoogleThe curry is delicous, the toppings are delicious. This tastes much more quality than standard Japanese curry! My only complaint is that the "cheese" topping was just 2 slices of what looks like processed slice cheese (similar to Kraft sliced cheese in the USA) and this is just not the quality I would expect compared to the other ingredients. I realize this kind of cheap cheese is common in Japan, but for those who come from cheese based cultures like USA or Europe, it's very dissapointing! Especially for Hokkaido, you would think they could get some quality cheese from a local farmer or something, and serve it grated on top of the curry. That would be amazing! Anyways, besides the cheese, I really liked the restaurant and the staff were nice. Check it out if you're a fan of the many types of curry in Japan!
View on GoogleSteps from the heart of Sapporo's Kitchen, a youthful passion swirls with the aroma of spice. Do not be deceived by the countless autographs that line the walls. They are merely a sweet trap, a test to see if you can find what truly matters. The real star here has always been the dish itself—a plate of curry infused with the very soul of its young creators. You will understand with a single bite. This is not a place of pretense. This is our curry, a dish that gives you true, honest energy.

We just didn’t feel like a (expensive) fish on rice bowl, or steamed crab, so we came here, and we are very happy that we did! Our chicken and lamb curries were delicious! Service was friendly and the restaurant had a nice vibe on the inside. We’ll be back!
