Others mentioned they are rude to foreigners, definitely not the case. They hung out coats for us and treated us well, even holding an item we forgot there for 2 days till we came back for it. The menu is only in Japanese but they tell you at the door. Food was great, drinks were good too. Stop by if you are in the area!

Really cute place with friendly staff. We went in just for one drink each, asked for any drink they suggested, and came back with a bottle of beer and a glass of sake. The sake was absolutely delicious. Ended up being 2000yen for the two drinks which seems a bit on the expensive side but the sake was really good so maybe it was an expensive sake? Either way, were tourists and speak a little bit of Japanese. We felt very welcome and taken care of. Thank you so much for the short, but fun experience :)

Do not come here if you're not Japanese, waited for a whole hour for our food and didn't receive it, only the otoshi, staff looked at us and still didn't bother to speak to us. Very Racist and still charged us for the otoshi which we did not like. They claim to have forgotten our order by accident meanwhile watching us see newer patrons getting their food first(some of the food we also ordered). We ended up paying 3080¥ for essentially drinks that are worth half of it. Again do not recommend for foreigners due to this Racist experience.

They don't want anyone who is not Japanese or does not speak Japanese

Visited before watching 『沈黙の艦隊』 The restaurant is halfway between バスセンター前 station and ファクトリー. The otoshi of tarako simmered in a savory broth was delicious! I ordered the offal because it was said to be popular. The miso offal stew had very tender, delicious offal. Everything I ate was delicious, and I really wanted some white rice to go with these dishes. Next time I'd like to try the curry to finish, too.
