Daebak Kitchen took us on a full emotional rollercoaster. The highs? Sky-high. The fried chicken was genuinely exceptional—like, reorder-immediately exceptional. Cold noodles were refreshing and spot-on, and the kimbap rolls were solid. But then… the lows hit. The fried cheese balls were borderline terrifying—dusted in some mysterious powder and deeply unpleasant. The Korean pancake was so greasy it could’ve doubled as engine lubricant. Completely inedible. And the steamed egg? Sadly, a miss. We really wanted to love this place - and parts of it we absolutely did - but the misses were hard to ignore.
View on GoogleThe food is satisfied our Korean food cravings! Kimchi jiggae was delicious and flavorful and the kimbap was also really good. Though, the portions are small for the price we paid. Also, rice doesn’t come with the soup, it needs to be ordered separately but it wasn’t too expensive. Overall, it’s a decent restaurant if you want good Korean food!
