Might be tough if you go with a big group… I love springy thick noodles, so I was looking forward to it. The nama-aji shoyu is light, and the noodles are delicious. The Gyokai Punch has thin noodles, but the soup is sweetish and full of seafood umami—I love it. I wonder if you can switch this to thick noodles I just can't get along with thin noodles at any shop… I wonder if they had a seasoned egg topping I'd like to try the katsuo one too, but it means either waiting for opening or being prepared to queue
