While on a work trip I happened to spot it and stopped by for a break. A quiet coffee shop with a very nice atmosphere. I had the 『Cafe Latte』 and the "Cheesecake." The coffee had depth, the latte art was wonderful, and it was very delicious. Even while waiting, watching the back of the master brewing coffee in rhythm to his favorite music made my heart feel lighter. The shop is on the 1st floor of a culture center and doesn't have a big sign, so the entrance may be a bit hard to recognize. After entering the building, the shop's door is on the left. Once you step inside, the world changes completely. I think it's a perfect place to spend time slowly by yourself.

A wonderful house-roasted coffee shop in a slightly quiet spot in Sosei East. First of all, the owner's personality is truly wonderful, and even on my first visit they welcomed me warmly. From the coffee brewed carefully cup by cup, I could feel extraordinary commitment, and the aroma and taste are exceptional. The interior is quiet and very comfortable, and a peaceful time flows that makes you want to linger. I heard they also open in the evening, so next time I'd like to come slowly after work as a reward for myself. It's a famous shop I'd definitely like to recommend to anyone looking for delicious coffee and a quiet space in Sapporo.
