AMAZING!!!! This is totally a hidden gem. Reasonable price and good volume. Red Miso, White miso, Shoyu for ¥750 and Shio for ¥700 and Spicy miso is ¥800. I got Spicy miso and fried rice (¥600) really really good. I honestly think it was best spicy miso ramen I had in Hokkaido.
View on GoogleLate July 2026 I was surprised that prices hadn't gone up and were being maintained Arrived a little before 13:00 and the parking lot was full Inside was full too and I waited about 10 minutes After being seated I waited over an hour; the ramen arrived after 14:00 The toppings were the same, the amount of soup was the same, and it tasted delicious Before 13:00 the rice ran out and all rice dishes were stopped, then red miso and spicy miso ran out, and before 14:00 the soup ran out, so they were turning away arriving customers and took down the noren On weekends it's better to come with plenty of time Visited on a public holiday in May 2026 Arrived before 11:30 but it was already full, so I waited about 10 minutes before I could park. The parking lot was full but the inside was empty The toppings went well with the soup, the noodles clung to the soup, and I enjoyed it to the last drop It's still early for summer, but inside it was already hot and humid, and after eating the ramen I was drenched in sweat Visited on a weekend in March 2026 Went around noon but the lot was full and I couldn't park, so I gave up and came back the next day The tables were full so I sat at the counter That day the temperature was above freezing, so inside was slightly hot and humid, and I felt spring arriving The ramen was piping hot, the noodles springy and well coated with the soup, very delicious The white miso has a strong garlic kick and the smell lingers until the next day, so be careful Visited December 2025 The shio ramen is tonkotsu-based, but it doesn't taste like tonkotsu; it had a light, clean flavor The saltiness is gentle, so even when your stomach is weak you can slurp it down easily; an easy-to-eat taste that appeals to everyone Visited on a weekend in October 2025 Went after 14:00 and there was only one group of customers; inside was cool and comfortable I had the half-size white miso ramen, and the umami was packed into the bowl; very delicious Visited on a weekend in August 2025 The ramen was delicious as always, but there's no air conditioning inside, so it was extremely hot and humid; outside was actually cooler thanks to the breeze The windows are wide open with no screens, so bugs come in, yet there's no breeze at all, and I ate the piping hot ramen while dripping with sweat The ice in the water pitcher on the table had all melted and the water was lukewarm; in the second half I had no room to enjoy the taste and was desperately wiping off sweat as I ate Visited on a weekend in March 2025 Came around 13:30; one parking space was open and I could go in right away Price and taste unchanged, polite service, and I had a delicious lunch Visited mid-January 2025 Price unchanged, taste unchanged, very satisfied Visited December 2024 The shiraga negi (finely shredded leek) topping was generously piled and crisp, a different texture from the chopped green onions that come standard, and it went well with the hot soup; very delicious About 20 minutes after opening, 4 groups of customers had come in and it was lively Mid-November 2024 The white miso combined the mellow flavor of miso with the hearty umami of garlic; very delicious For this price the toppings are generous and there's plenty of soup, so you get a proper bowl, which I really appreciate The staff's greetings are crisp and pleasant too Visited February 2024 Inside, besides table and counter seats, there's also a large shared table The shoyu ramen has a clear chicken flavor and a clean aftertaste, easy to drink, with a slight Chicken Ramen-like flavor The red miso is mellow and deeply rich, the soup clings well to the noodles, a hearty taste; no wonder it's the most popular The spicy miso here is a flavor that pursues real, no-nonsense heat, so be careful when ordering. The soup is thick from the spicy ingredients and the toppings are spicy too, so there's no escape. That said, there's umami within the heat, so I think people who handle spicy food well will like it There's little heating inside, and in midwinter cold wind comes in through the gaps and it's cold. However, some seats get hot air from the kitchen exhaust fan, and those are hot even in winter
View on GoogleFirst visit to Guizhouya in Ainosato (*^^*) There's parking in front of and beside the shop, and since it was lunchtime it was nearly full. It was hot when I went inside, but the staff's energetic greeting made me happy♪ Looking at the menu, I ordered the Guizhou ramen red miso and half fried rice, and my partner ordered the spicy miso ramen. When we ordered the spicy miso ramen, the staff politely asked, "It's spicy, is that okay?" The shop was packed and looked very busy, but the owner was lively too, and I thought it must be a popular place! After a while the ramen arrived. The red miso ramen had the sweetness of vegetables and the umami of red miso clinging to the noodles; delicious (*/▽\*) My partner's spicy miso ramen looked striking; not just chili heat, but a unique ramen with a numbing 'ma' sensation like dandan noodles—spicy but delicious☆ A ramen shop I hope keeps going for a long time. Thanks for the meal!☆
View on GoogleDelicious! An addictive taste! Ramen with an amazing aroma that rises through your nose! The value is the best too—750 yen these days? On weekdays rice is free too! How do I put it... no cutting corners, or rather nothing sloppy! It's always consistent, so it's a place you can go with confidence◎ The soup, which matters to ramen lovers, is on the hot side. Even when the shop is crowded, they serve a solid ramen The soup and noodles of course, but the chashu is super delicious too! The chashu topping is 200 yen (lol) Super 🍴🈵😆 Even if they raised prices, customers definitely wouldn't leave I wonder why?? So grateful
View on GoogleToday again I was hunting for good ramen; this is a ramen shop along a road I often take, but today was my first visit! Looking at the menu, I ordered the shoyu ramen (750 yen) and fried rice (600 yen)! Both the ramen and fried rice are cheap! The food arrived. First I took a sip of the soup: a gentle soup with little oil and a hint of sweetness, with depth too; the noodles were just the right firmness and nice to slurp, and the onions soaked in shoyu sauce were delicious too 😋 The fried rice was piping hot, steaming, and fluffy-loose; I wanted more. Another delicious meal today 😋🍴💕! Next time maybe I'll have the shio ramen~
