「A Word from the Owner」 After training at the head store of a famous, popular ramen restaurant in Kyoto, serving as the first factory manager when the head office factory was launched, and running the same company's FC shop in Susukino, Sapporo for 7 years. From the techniques and theory cultivated through that experience, and the desire to "deliver an even tastier bowl," I opened Keimi Bansai, a specialty shop for rich tori paitan. Our soup is made with a unique method: a large amount of carefully selected chicken bones and aromatic vegetables simmered slowly for two days. By strictly controlling the heat and stirring, we extract the chicken's umami to the limit. It is characterized by a natural thickness and richness born from ingredients alone, without relying on thickeners. The carefully simmered tori paitan soup is rich in collagen and has a mellow mouthfeel…

Went on a Thursday night and it was relaxed, not crowded. It is foreigner friendly - able to use tablet with English menu to order and also self checkout. I enjoyed the fact that there is a choice with the flavor of soup and the chewiness of the noodles. We thought the fried chicken was just normal karage, but it was fried chicken guys! Since it was self ordering and self checkout, we had little interaction with the staff, hence service was not much of an issue.

Went for the chicken ramen. The soup base was really delicious and had depth of flavor. The gyoza side was not bad either. Self service counter for additional toppings, went for pickled ginger and extra scallion. Free iced water on table. Easy to use English menu available. Would definitely come back if I can.

Decadent, rich ramen without being overwhelming. Was not a fan of ramen before I came here but being able to customise your entire bowl and then having additional toppings made this bowl a winner. The lovely server worked hard to take care of all the clients and I felt welcomed and happy to have wandered in on a whim. It was easy to order on the tablet with an English menu. The food was amazing. Overall would recommend visiting!! Very happy!!

The chicken broth ramen was delicious. The soup was rich and flavorful, not too heavy, and very comforting. The noodles were cooked just right, and the pork slices was tender and tasty. A simple, satisfying bowl that I’d happily order again.

This place was well known for thick and rich ramen broth. Last month we came here to try ramen which tasted very good and the kimchi pork stirred fried was also good. Kyoza was ok. The best thing was that you can enjoy side dishes like kimchi, green onion for free. The price was very reasonable.
