【1 minute on foot from Susukino Station】 Enjoy spicy ramen in Sapporo! Spicy and delicious! Please try our exquisite ramen! Open all day from 11:30 AM until 5 AM the next morning (from 10:30 AM on weekends and public holidays). Recommended for lunch or as a finish after drinking! Our most popular Umakara Shoyu is a triple soup made from a broth carefully prepared from bonito and mackerel flakes, with chicken clear broth added. It's a savory spicy ramen with our shop's original spicy spice blend. Shibikara Miso gets a deep flavor from a double soup of clear and creamy broth, with numbing spice and a special miso tare added. We finished it with a double soup of long-simmered chicken and pork bone, with special miso and several kinds of spices added for a deep flavor. For customers who aren't good with spicy food, …

If you’re looking for authentic Sapporo ramen, this is the place to go. 🍜🔥 The ramen here was absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful, and easily among the best we’ve had in Japan. The broth was deep and perfectly balanced, the noodles had a fantastic texture, and every topping tasted fresh and high quality. The chashu was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg was the finishing touch. We tried both the spicy ramen and the classic miso ramen, and both were outstanding. The spicy version delivered a satisfying kick without overpowering the rich umami flavors, while the miso ramen was wonderfully creamy, comforting, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, making it feel like a true local ramen shop. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and every bowl was prepared with great care. If you’re visiting Susukino, don’t miss this place. It’s the kind of ramen you’ll still be thinking about long after your trip. Highly recommended—we would come back in a heartbeat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
View on GoogleI had the chance to try many restaurants during my trip to Japan, but this one was truly impressive. The noodles had a perfect texture and the soup had just the right level of spice. The toppings in the bowl matched the flavor perfectly. I came here with my mom and younger sibling, and we all agreed it was delicious. At first I planned to eat only half a bowl since it was late, but after tasting the soup I couldn’t stop and finished the whole bowl. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Japan
View on GoogleA great little ramen restaurant in a convenient spot. I had the spicy miso ramen. You can choose the level of spiciness, I went for level 30 and it was fantastic. I'm usually not a big fan of thicker wheat noodles, but these were cooked well with excellent texture and taste. The char-sui pork was tender and juicy. The broth was rich and delicious. Eat slowly and enjoy every mouthful. Accept the paper bib to protect your shirt! Go early to avoid lines.
View on GoogleGreat miso ramen, I have tried both the spicy miso and non-spicy miso. Personally liked the spicy one, though my mom said that spiciness is hiding the flavour. For spiciness level, it depends on your tolerance to spiciness, I would say will need to go above 5 to match spiciness of Shin-ramen. There is extra charge for higher spciness band but it is reasonable. Cash only like other ramen shops. Chef was very friendly. They got menu in Kr, Zh, Ja, En language. You will order with the chef and pay in your seat after the meal. It is a small ramen shop, would recommend to swing by and check if there are spaces available when visiting the area.
View on GoogleLong overdue review. My family and I went here towards New Year. It is a small shop so line starts to build especially at dinner time, so keep that in mind. I love how it was a spicy ramen shop, a lot of ramen shops do not have many spicy ramen choice. But here everything is spicy and you can customize it. We waited over an hour in the cold so when I got in I ordered two ramens for myself. The spicy curry and spicy miso both were fantastic. I believe I got like level 50 or something and for me it was perfect. This is not ramen that is just spicy but tastes wonderful too. The server and chef who looked like the owner were friendly and accommodating, especially as my wife and I were holding onto our 16month son as we were slurping down the food as fast as possible. For all the ramen and spicy food lovers, a must try. I did not get to take much photos as I was in a rush and couldn’t stop eating.
