One of the shops I'd been curious about since seeing it on TV before! I went a few times but the timing was never right and I couldn't eat, but finally! The seats were full so I waited a little, but the excitement of finally getting to eat made the time pass quickly! While waiting, I was asked for my order, so I ordered the [Kamaage Udon Large]! Even though it says large, they said it's about normal, and I hesitated with small but decided on large! The menu has 3 types: [Thin Kamaage Udon], [Kamaage Udon], and [Thin Zaru Udon]! After that you just choose the amount! Takeout is also available! The ginger is the type you grate yourself! While waiting, I grated a large amount of ginger and was ready! Right after the piping hot tsuyu arrived in a tokkuri, the udon arrived! Eating kamaage udon, with its smooth and chewy noodles, dipped in tsuyu with ginger and green onion condiments, was simple and absolutely delicious! [Business Hours] 11:00–14:30 *If sold out, we may close early. [Closed] Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays *Open on Mondays that are public holidays.

Kamaage Udon (Large Oome, 3 balls) 790 yen Kamaage Udon (Large, 2 balls) 710 yen Recommendation 8/10 ・You dip chewy udon in the broth to eat it 😳 ・There are various condiments, like being able to grate your own ginger, so you can change up the flavor ✨ ・It's boiled after you order, so it takes time to be served ⏰ ・Cash only 💰

It's so delicious that I think it's almost the same as Sanuki udon! If it were nearby I'd go regularly, but it's a bit far, which is a shame 😅

A kamaage udon shop in Hassamu 🍜 A rare shop that does just kamaage 😏 I ordered the Large Oome for 760 yen! The ginger, green onion, and tsuyu come out first, and it's kamaage udon eaten simply with condiments 😃 There are also kombu tsukudani and tempura bits on the table Anyway, itadakimasu 🙏 First, the noodles are solid thick noodles Perhaps noodles inspired by authentic Kagawa udon Smooth on the outside with a moderate chewiness, I dip the udon in the bonito dashi-rich tsuyu and slurp 🍜 Umakatcha 😋 Kamaage udon eaten with ginger and green onion condiments is simple and tasty Personally, though, the tsuyu felt a bit weak against the thick noodles, so I might like it a bit stronger 🤔 I also run the Hokkaido gourmet blog "Gaumeshi" 🍚

A tanuki greets you at the entrance✨ I don't usually order kamaage udon even at udon shops, but it had a reputation for being delicious, so I visited. I ordered the large kamaage udon! I grated the ginger myself and waited excitedly 😊 It said large is 2 balls, but it was just the right amount for me. There are lots of toppings like green onion, ginger, sesame, nori, and tempura bits, which is fun. The curry powder for changing the flavor was surprisingly perfect with udon 😳 I hear they also sell udon as souvenirs from 13:00! The broth was so good I ended up drinking it at the end 😋 Thank you for the meal!
