Parking lot for visitors to the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market's Outer Market. Free to use. In winter the parking spaces get vague, so try to line up neatly when you park. It doesn't seem to be buses-only? Anyway, it was almost all rental cars parked there. There's also a photo spot next to the parking lot.

At the Sapporo City Central Wholesale Market Outer Market bus parking lot there's a corner where you can take photos with a turret truck, the three-wheeled cargo vehicle that's used all over the market (market folks call it a "pon-pon")❣️ Of course it doesn't move, but you can climb on and take pictures, so how about one as a souvenir🤠
