直伝屋Jikidenya
Jikidenya's ramen is characterized by a fragrant soup made with a cooking method of flaring up flames while tossing, which can be called a tradition of Sapporo ramen.

This ramen restaurant is located in the mall's third floor. We place our order for soy sauce ramen and miso ramen, and grilled dumplings. The noodles melt in your tongue and have a light fat content. The soup has a strong aroma and is cooked through. So far, everything is going well.
View on GoogleThe ramen seems need to be cook a bit more longer.
View on GoogleI didn’t know what to comment. It can let you not hungry, that’s all.
View on GoogleMiso ramen 1000 yen, the menu is simple. The soup seems to be stir-fried fresh, and there's ground meat in it. There's more noodles, green onion, bamboo shoots, and bean sprouts than at the 690-yen Yamaoka Ramen. Only one slice of chashu. Yamaoka's leans sweet, this one doesn't. The broth here has a smoky, charred aroma.
View on GoogleIts overall Google rating was 3.6, and it was exactly that—an ordinary miso ramen. I came to Maruyama Park for sightseeing, asked AI for a ramen shop with no line, and this came up.
