Regional-style ramen in a miso-based broth & topped with napa cabbage at a simple noodle shop.
A flavorful soup with chicken bone broth and niboshi, and special noodles made from 100% Hokkaido-grown wheat. The "Spicy Napa Cabbage Ramen," with aromatically stir-fried napa cabbage using chili peppers from their own farm and an exquisite soup, is popular. The "Handmade Gyoza" made with "Umai-buta" pork from Chitose City is also recommended.

This is a great ramen shop. Very flavorful. Tiny shop with a lot of charm. Give it a try if you’re in the neighborhood. Open for breakfast and lunch.

View on GoogleThe restaurant is just a short walk from the TSUBAKI Hotel and is delicious. Lunch often has a bit of a line. However, the fast turnover allows you to feel happy during your lunch break. Ginger Roast Pork Noodle is fine.

View on GoogleThe experience of this ramen shop was incredible. Noodles were perfectly cooked ramen juice was perfect too and the two cooker are very nice persons. No matter the dish you choose you will be satisfied for a very cheap price. I strongly recommend this place. PS: no matter how long can be the waiting queue it is worth waiting for that.
