My favorite ramen shop from whole of Japan actually.... Tonyu(soy milk) & miso blend ramen!! My family was a great fan of the plain Sapporo Miso Ramen here for a looong time and then one day we tested the soy milk miso.... Since then we only eat this one. The two ingredients are perfect match and it makes it lighter to the stomach too.... I still hope it will remain kind of unnoticed so that I don’t have to line up for the ramens but I really am cheering for this ramen shop to continue forever. The owner loves John Lennon so there are posters of it, music is always The Beatles.... Love everything about the passion they give to the restaurant!!

I had the soy milk miso ramen. I thought it would be rich and heavy, but it had a very gentle, mellow flavor. It was delicious.

Came to Ramen 今人. I'd been curious about the shop's name, but as soon as I went inside I understood. I thought, ah, they named the shop "今人" (Imajin) after John Lennon's "Imagine." Unfortunately I can't say much about John Lennon, so on to the ramen. Looking at the menu, I ordered the soy milk ramen that the shop features as its specialty. My impression of the ramen—and I don't mean this in a bad way at all—is "it lacks punch." The flavor isn't weak, but it has a mellow feel, and the soup was so delicious I drank every last drop. Besides bean sprouts it also had mizuna, and it really felt like a ramen that's kind to your body. I like strong-flavored ramen so I gave it 4 stars, but if you want to eat a healthy ramen, why not drop by the shop once? (^_^)

A ramen shop along the national highway I'd been curious about The 3 of us in my family ordered the miso, salt, and soy sauce soy milk ramen. The miso ramen had a mild taste, and I finished the soup to the last drop. The soy sauce and salt ones were like instant noodles, so opinions may be divided.

Had the soy milk spicy miso ramen~ The soup is delicious! A light miso ramen where soy milk and miso blend together—definitely give it a try~♪(^-^) Apparently Lennon ate it too… 今人
