Its signature rich soup brings out the fullest umami of Hokkaido-produced miso. The deep flavors of seared chashu and carefully selected noodles present Sapporo's miso ramen culture in a new form.

The Ramein shop is very welcoming to a hungry person. The door opened into a very interesting decor inside, which gives the feel of being welcomed into an authentic Ramein shop run for years by a family. As a foreigner the visuals and the ordering process was great and simple. The meal came in with aroma touching my senses of authentic, woody and umani tastes. I loved the array of greens on my bowl and the light yet deep taste of the broth. The highlight was the pork and the jammy delicious egg. I would recommend this place. I am usually very picky in choosing my ramen. I was full but next time I want to try the kimchi rice bowls which look amazing.

Delicious ramen right opposite our hotel GRANBELL. Rich yummy ramen. Had the miso and spicy miso ramen and the servings were huge and it came with a slab of butter. Much needed ramen meal in a small restaurant. Highly recommend!

I heard this was one of the highly rated ramen spots in Sapporo, so I decided to give it a try. The interior is cozy and homey, with a slightly dim ambiance, though there are well-lit areas that make it comfortable overall. I ordered the tsukemen—even though their specialty is miso ramen—and it didn’t disappoint. The bowl was well-executed, with solid flavor and good balance. Overall, a great experience. Even outside their signature dish, the quality still holds up.

This place deserves a Michelin star. Hands down the best ramen I’ve had yet in all of Japan. The broth might be more watery or oily compared to other miso ramen but the flavour itself makes up for it. I’ve had ramen all over the world. And this place is very VERY good. 10/10 recommended

The most vibey restaurant—right opposite our hotel. When we got tired after a full day of playing and exploring the ice world outside, they freshly cooked a steaming bowl of ramen for us. Everyone was super nice, just like the name of the restaurant, 一期一会 (a once-in-a-lifetime encounter). My favourite place in Sapporo.
