It's best to make a reservation for shabu-shabu. All-you-can-eat-and-drink for both sukiyaki and shabu-shabu at 2380 is great value and the taste was good too, but it was cold inside. For yakiniku the room temperature is probably just right, but I wish they'd show some consideration for the hot pot side too.

You order and nothing comes. Neither the food nor the staff comes. I do get that they're busy. But there are two things I can't forgive. First, the drinks don't come out. For a place that serves alcohol, having the drinks not come out until you sober up is ridiculous. Or rather, before the drinks even, the staff don't come. Things went on like that, and then after a while they said it was last order. Last order? They never came to take our order, and what we did order hadn't come out at all. Then they said time's up, we're done. There's no way I can accept that. I'm not full, and I've sobered up. Second, despite all that, their service attitude didn't show the slightest bit of remorse. They probably didn't even notice their own mistakes, they didn't seem sorry at all, and naturally there was no apology or response to any of it. They're probably just makeshift part-timers without any real customer service experience, so to some extent it can't be helped, but if you can't do it, you shouldn't be doing it. The number of guests, the menu, the courses, all of it. If you can't handle it, I'd rather you not do it. Being cheaper than other places doesn't make this forgivable. What you compromise on because it's cheap is the quality of the products, not the quality of the staff. By the way, there's also a Horumon Shokudo in Sumikawa, and it's exactly the same. Neither the staff nor the items you order come.

I went for the all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, but even though it was Saturday, they said they ran out of beef belly and beef loin lol Meanwhile, pork was fine for as many plates as you want lol I think they should just write that beef is limited to 2 servings per person. They're making an effort with the low prices, though. If anything, I wish they'd offer a pricier option too( ・ε・)

A place focused mainly on all-you-can-eat. I thought, maybe it's a place for young people? It wasn't crowded, so what we ordered did arrive. However, it doesn't feel clean.

We went for the all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and sushi. It's what you'd expect for the price, but it's cheap, so it's a good option for a big group!
