My husband and I both had the Tantanmen ramen. It was some of the best we have had. Wait staff was not super friendly but the tasty food made up for it.
View on GoogleOne of the most authentic and reasonably priced Chinese restaurants in Sapporo , in my opinion. Food is freshly cooked and well presented.

View on GoogleLate April 2026 Sunday lunch in the Ishiyama-dori area♪ I was in the mood for chuka, so this was my first visit! ___🐉豊楽園 川沿店🐉___ Parked in the lot in front of the restaurant, which has room for a few cars, and went in♪ Korakuen Stadium〜! No… Let's eat at 豊楽園〜! With that sort of feeling, I looked over the menu… The generously portioned sets were appealing and good value, but I was even more surprised by how cheap the à la carte dishes were! Fancy Chinese dishes like 「北京ダック」, 「フカヒレの姿煮」, and 「アワビのオイスター炒め」, which are normally hard to justify for an ordinary lunch, are priced incredibly reasonably here! Oh〜this really is paradise. After agonizing over this and 「タラバガニのあんかけ炒飯」, 梅四郎 chose this one for its novelty. 【エビチリ中華風オムライス】 Meanwhile, the wife also picked a shrimp dish. 【エビマヨセット】 Truly THE Purine Squadron, Shrimp-desu! Indeed! Food arrives♪ Let's dig in〜♪ The wife's shrimp mayo had a normal portion size and nice seasoning… but the sauce on the shrimp chili omurice was, to 梅四郎, a little… no, much too sweet… could this have been a children's menu item? (sweat) On top of the sweetness, the portion was quite substantial, so it really did get tiring… my mouth became all sugary, and finishing it in the second half was a struggle (sweat). If there had at least been some chili oil on the table, I could have adjusted it myself, but there was no such lifeline here… See〜you can't finish it, can you↷ Borrowing a little zha cai and some side dishes from the wife's set to refresh my palate and take breaks, I somehow finished it🐽 Many Chinese chefs who came from China relatively early put too much stock in the idea that Japanese people naturally prefer sweetness, and serve overly sweet dishes thinking that's how to cater to Japanese tastes. But that's an old story—a Showa-era mindset, you could say. Nowadays, Japanese people's tastes have broadened too, so perhaps there's no need to cater to them quite so excessively? Shrimp chili is particularly risky in that respect, so 梅四郎 doesn't often order it when eating out, but I went and did it (sweat). Thanks for the meal〜🙏
View on GoogleYesterday, I went to the Chinese restaurant near my home(豊楽園 川沿店). It wasn't all that busy before, but after being featured on TV a few times, it turned into a super-packed restaurant. Chinese conversations fly back and forth between the staff inside… This time, I ordered the mapo tofu set. The slightly spicy mapo tofu goes perfectly with rice. Wow, 'it just makes you keep eating rice, keep eating rice.' The zha cai starter and beer🍺 are another great combination. Incidentally, on my previous visit(12/10 last year), I had the twice-cooked pork set. That twice-cooked pork seasoning goes great with rice too, and it comes with half a bowl of ramen🍜. Both are generous, filling, and fantastic value😀 Now, what should I eat next as I work toward trying every set meal? I'd also like to try the 1.5-hour all-you-can-eat-and-drink option someday✨✨✨ #ChineseRestaurant #豊楽園 #豊楽園川沿店
