Awesome place, been there three times in three days! The main star is the miso ramen. I've tasted many ramens and this is definitely one of the more memorable ones. The combination of miso and Amazake gives it a really special and deep flavor. Another star is the parfait. I had the berries one and it was truly delicious. Multiple layers of delight. Not too sweet either! Their soft serve, which can also be ordered as a sundae has very good texture and lightness. Onigris and soy chicken are nice side dishes. Their menu is not huge and some items repeat in multiple dishes, but every dish is well thought and well executed. Above all, everything is vegan! Just a tiny complaint/request: please put some more Amazake in the glass when ordering it as a drink. It's so delicious and it ends too soon...
View on GoogleThank you Veggy Way for those delicious flavors and warm service. We stayed in Sapporo for two day an ate at Veggy Way twice. The teriyaki dishes are a must try. I also enjoyed their ice cream 🍨 Just go and enjoy 🙌🙌
View on GoogleAn incredible vegan restaurant just steps away from the metro. It’s been over a year and I can still taste the miso ramen. Being able to have dessert after was also a pleasant surprise. This will be my first stop the next time I’m visiting!
View on GoogleI had the miso ramen, which tasted amazing. But I was very impressed also with the vegan soft serve. If you’re feeling left out on your trip to Sapporo, the I highly recommend coming here even if it’s just for the soft serve. It tasted really good! It is also very well located just outside the train station.
View on GoogleWe had such a quietly wonderful meal here...the only fully vegan place anywhere near us that we could find in Hokkaido, and honestly more unique than anything else around. Everything felt intentional and mindful, with flavors blended in a way that’s creative but still deeply comforting. The hot ramen soup was perfect for the cold...rich, layered, and the kind of bowl you keep coming back to...my birthday boy son got a soft serve sundae that was smooth, light, and genuinely special. Also, we tried a few treats like affogatos, cookies, onigiri, and a fresh salad, some of which we brought back for the evening since we knew vegan food was difficult to find for dinner, turning the whole visit into a complete experience rather than just a meal.
