Please set the delivery hours properly. The delivery time sometimes suddenly changes to the next day, which is something I really wish they would stop doing. Besides Uber and Wolt, they run their own delivery service, and that is actually better value. But the restaurant staff are very polite and kind. The Torokotsu soup curry is innovative and unlike anything elsewhere. Even the bones are meltingly soft, and the gelatinous texture is delicious, like stewed tendon. I think people who dislike Okinawan Tebichi would struggle with it. Maybe the mizuna is unnecessary? Their Zangi is strongly seasoned and goes really well with rice.

A soup curry restaurant about a ５-minute walk from the Sapporo streetcar stop “Nishisen ９-jo Asahiyama Koen-dori.” In November ２０１８, while searching online for soup curry restaurants, I noticed what seemed to be a new place near the tram line, so I came to try it. The restaurant was new and very clean, and I think there were around ２０ seats including the counter. I ordered Chicken Vegetable with Original Soup. As a pre-opening promotion, I received a topping for the rice (I chose pork belly). A distinctive feature was the thinly sliced squid on top. When served, it had a faint dried-seafood-snack aroma (sakiika), but that did not bother me as I ate. I requested spice level ５, “very hot,” but it was not particularly spicy. Overall, the prices felt a little high, but the portion was generous and the curry delicious.

I had their signature Torokotsu Curry! Spice level 3 Rice M Rich soup I usually dislike overly spicy food and go for medium-hot, but the spice level was just right. The soup had a strong flavor, just how I like it♫ Reviews said there was lots of tomato, but it did not feel like that much. It is certainly a tomato-based sort of soup, though. True to its reputation as a specialty, the meltingly tender stewed meat was delicious! The sesame sprinkled on top was a nice accent too♫ It comes in a clay pot, so staying warm to the end is another plus👍 Free extra soup is also irresistible for soup curry lovers😍 It was more delicious than I expected! I would like to come again!

I ordered through Uber. I am a huge meat lover and can usually enjoy pretty much anything, but I could not handle the Torokotsu. First, it was bland. On top of that, with this mushy texture, I could no longer tell what I was eating. Gave up halfway. The soup had almost no saltiness, just maybe a faint sourness? That was about it. I visited for lunch and ordered curry topped with one whole Torokotsu＋Vegetable. A large piece of pork was hidden underneath, very tender and delicious, and you can eat the whole thing. Simmering the meat around pork cartilage together with the cartilage makes for an innovative dish. I enjoyed this special soup curry, made with more than several dozen types of spices, along with the vegetables. Unusually, the restaurant also has a children's play area. Payment by paypay is accepted too.
