11/10! Everything we ate was so delicious and fresh! They even had a little kids meal course, or kids bento option. From the outside looking in you wouldn't think it's a super upscale place but it is. Shoes are taken off upon entering. You are helped to the second floor where you are seated and cared for by exceptional staff! Food is served timely, the pairings they have with the crab are so good! Very much worth the price.

The crab dishes here are absolutely amazing. The crab tempura is sweet, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the crab hot pot beautifully preserves the natural sweetness of both the crab and fresh vegetables. Combined with the unique dining atmosphere, it makes for a memorable experience. A little on the pricey side, but definitely worth trying.

The giant crab sign really catches your attention! We decided to order the kaiseki or set course which hokkaido crab was cooked different ways. The ambience was very traditional and cozy (don't forget to remove your shoes!) Ordering is easy since they have tablets with english, but knowing japanese really helps since the staff explains each dish with recommended dippings. The food overall was okay not the best crab I've had but still pretty good. For more budget friendly options I recommend ordering from the ala carte vs set courses.

The store is huge and the seating places are very nice. Service is very friendly. You have to order via a tablet and aenglish menu is available. The dishes were delicious. Sadly the crabs came only partially uncracked, you have to crack them open all yourself. The best dish was actually the crab with baked cheese. Give it a try but don't expect too much here.

They are located in the downtown area of Sapporo, very close to big malls and has subway nearby. They accept credit card and have English menu, some of their staffs speak English. If you are looking for a quick taste on King/Queen crab, this maybe the right place for you, but if you want a very fresh and tasty crab meal, better choose elsewhere. This is an entirely a commercial restaurant. By experience, the food they serve was already frozen when delivered to the restaurant, definitely not swimming and it's definitely over priced. Anyhow, if you still want to give them a try, I suggest to order by a la carte, their sets included many low quality food. Just order the ones that you really want to try. The congee was the only dish we liked.
