Fresh lamb, helpful staff!

I made a reservation a week in advance, but only Sunday 21:30 was available… It seems better to book early! The staff were also pleasant, and I recommend it! Jingisukan is the main dish, but they also have ganjang gejang and cold noodles, so the repertoire is rich. The ganjang gejang & shrimp were the most delicious I've ever had, including those I've eaten in Korea and Shin-Okubo. Of course the jingisukan was also very delicious. The block meat is full of volume and goes perfectly with gyoja garlic! Before I knew it, I even ate dessert, which I normally don't eat lol Monaka and sweet corn ice cream go perfectly together! Thank you for the meal!

The recommended block-meat lamb is fun to watch being grilled as a performance, and I was surprised when I ate it, so tender, juicy and delicious Perfect with seri (water dropwort)! I was thinking of finishing with the mixed-grill but I was curious about the yukhoe from the neighboring table and ended up ordering it Lamb yukhoe!! Wow It's insanely good. I put it on rice and ate it heartily. Even though I meant it as the finish, the switch flipped and I made an additional order! I came for the ganjang but next time I'll come looking forward to the block meat and yukhoe! I'll definitely come!!

This was a shop I'd wanted to visit since seeing it on social media after my Sapporo trip was decided, and when I timidly asked through Tabelog whether I could make a reservation for 1 person, they gladly accepted, and even sent a reply message ❣️ On the day as well, they served me with just the right distance, and I was able to spend a very pleasant time. The jingisukan was of course exquisite with no gamey smell, and where the menu said 2 servings, they said "we can reduce it to 1 serving," and adjusted both the meat and vegetables. As a result, I got carried away and ordered lamb chops too (lol) I'd love to visit again. It was delicious, thank you very much‼️

The seri (water dropwort) was so delicious!! Lamb and seri go together so well! The staff were also very polite and full of the spirit of service! (they shine a light when you take photos lol) It's been a while since I came to a jingisukan shop that was so impactful and delicious!
