Admission is free. It's inside the children's center facility. The parking lot is quite small, about 3-4 cars. The exhibits are farm tools, photos, paintings, and so on. 2025.10.22.

A small historical museum attached to the Hiragishi Children's Center Hiragishi used to be a hemp field 😳 In the past, apples 🍎 were grown in Hiragishi! Until not long ago, there were rice paddies in Hiragishi!! 2024-07-06

It's in the same building as the children's center, so I was a bit confused・・・😳 There weren't as many exhibits as I expected, which was a little disappointing, but the children's center staff were kind so everything is fine❗・・・🤗

A historical museum attached to the Hiragishi Children's Center. Basically it's open according to the children's center's hours, but the children's center staff seem to manage it as well, so you drop in after saying a word to them. It mainly displays farm tools and daily items of apple farmers, along with panels and photos on local history, but (perhaps due to space) the number of items is small. It felt more like donated items just displayed while being stored. If you go all fired up thinking "I'm going to see a historical museum!", you may be a bit let down. Unfortunately there were hardly any wartime items or materials.

Same building as the children's center. Few exhibits, but the apple-related ones are indeed interesting
