A soba shop in a residential area of Ainosato. The menu is extensive, and the soba is Sarashina-style, smooth and easy to slurp, and delicious. However, it takes about 15 minutes to come out, and the ventilation doesn't work well, so it's terribly hot inside. It was so hot that I left early, but I still got a touch of heatstroke. A pity, since the soba is delicious.

The atmosphere is nice and the service is wonderful. A shop where you can really taste the soba. It makes me want to go again. 😊

We came right as the previous customers were leaving, so we were shown to a seat right away. Since it was lunchtime, we waited about an hour for the food. From Google reviews I already knew it's run by just a married couple so it takes time, so it didn't bother me. The soba was thin Sarashina but still had firmness and flavor. The tempura was crispy too! Both the soba and the dipping sauce were well chilled, and I felt everything was made carefully even when they were busy. I'd like to visit again when I have more time and a relaxed mind.

A soba shop run by a married couple. It's a good place if you go understanding that it can't be helped that serving takes time around lunchtime and such. The soba has a nice aroma; a local soba shop I want to visit again.

It had a homey atmosphere, alcohol sanitizer was always on hand, and it was hygienic, so I could eat with peace of mind. The soba had a nice aroma and the noodles were thin. There were two kinds of tempura soba; I chose the one with vegetable tempura, and it was my first time eating onion tempura—it was really sweet and delicious. Looking forward to deciding what to order next time.
