Pro tip: go after 1pm when the wait clears • Dual broth option (shrimp + pork) — both super flavorful, just wish they served it hotter • Noodles: perfectly chewy. Ordered extra like a true sumo 🥋 • Tried all 3 rice bowls: pork ones decent if you’re starving, but mentaiko butter rice was rich and legit interesting • Free seaweed in a jar on the table — unlimited nori for free? Absolute win 😅 Solid spot. Go hungry.

This is absolutely one of the best restaurants in Sapporo. Recommended to everyone. I have tried almost every soup and they are all incredibly delicious, but it is the noodles that is EXCEPTIONAL, so chewy and the wheat aroma gets stronger as you chew. I personally enjoy 海老（ebi) and 藥膳（yakuzen) and they taste even better when you have added the warisoup, which enhances the flavour even better. The lunch set is also a great deal as you get both noodles and special rice for ¥1,000. All rice are delicious, of course, but I prefer the chicken don as it is more special. The mentaiko butter is also shockingly delicious at the first few bites but you may not be able to finish it as it is very fulfilling lol One more amazing thing about this shop is the lady’s (I guess she is the owner?) service, always polite, smiley and gentle. I also heard that she speaks very friendly to foreigners in Korean and English. Last thing - as this shop is amazing, it gets quite busy and it is normal to wait for 20-30 minutes. But it gets less crowded after 13:30.

Delicious tsukemen with excellent dipping sauces. Generous servings so be sure to bring your appetite.

Very delicious tsukemen. You choose 2 types of broths to dip your noodles in, and both of the ones I chose were very delicious. However, the real star of the show were the noodles, they were full of decadent chew and bite, a little thicker than ramen noodles but that is normal for tsukemen.
