Ordered spicy ramen for 1100 yen. Quite disappointing. Broth was lacking in body and taste. Slightly watery broth with no strong flavours of miso or spice even. Noodles were ok hardness. Chashu typical soft meat. Strange addition of onions which really spoilt the texture of the dish.

After living in Sapporo for a long time this is my favourite ramen restaurant. It is very reasonable priced.. I like their Miso ramen the best.

I came all the way from Southeast Asia to Sapporo and decided to visit this place after seeing it on YouTube. Everything was absolutely worth the trip! The ramen was truly delicious, the portion was generous, and the staff were very friendly as well. Overall, it was a wonderful and very satisfying experience.

They're someone who's been talked about on social media for "looking just like HikakIn," and the shop has a cheerful atmosphere, and I felt that some customers probably come specifically to see the manager 😊 The limited menu isn't just about buzz; it's a genuinely delicious bowl. Whether you're a Ginparo fan or a Dekakin fan, it's worth trying at least once 👍 Thank you for the meal!

This time I ordered the "Kobashi Miso" (950 yen). It had been a while since I last had it, and the soup has the solid richness of tonkotsu without being too heavy, with the sweetness of onions adding an exquisite flavor. I never got tired of it until the end. The chashu was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the medium-thin noodles were firm and went perfectly with the soup. It was a bowl that reminded me again of its good balance. It had been a while since Ginparo, but as expected, the deliciousness is consistently reliable. It was a bowl that made me want to eat there again 😊
