​I had one of the best breakfasts in Japan here. Their fish preparation is truly an art; the silver cod literally melts in your mouth. While the sashimi was fresh and excellent, the broiled fish was the real standout for me. ​Tip: Try to order the daily specials if you get seated early. On a later visit, we tried to order the silver cod again but they were already sold out—it goes fast! ​The line can get quite long, so I recommend bringing a warm drink and warm clothing if you're visiting during colder weather. ​Note: It is cash only.

Extremely value for money. Salmon & octopus sashimi 👍 Very fresh and love the miso soup that comes with it. Grilled mackerel 👍 Great combination of crisp and soft bits. The umami and saltiness are addictive.

This is one of my favorite seafood rice bowl spots in Sapporo. The food I ordered was super fresh and tasty, the portion size was just right, and the prices were pretty reasonable too. I went in the morning and waited in line for around 30 minutes, but it was definitely worth it. The owner and all the staff were also really friendly and welcoming :)

This place is actually local restaurant! All the guests lining up in early morning were Japanese except for me. The street is deeper inside Nizo market so quieter n less crowded. The price is reasonable w fresh menu of that day. There was no English menu so u need to use google translator. It’s also good for solo guest. I’ll visit again to taste other fish dishes.

Delicious breakfast! We stay very near this restaurant already almost a week and finally we know it is a restaurant which opens from 8 am till 14 pm. Today we tried the 6 color sashimi donburi meal and a grilled fish meal. It is not expensive as the rest of the Nijo Market. It cost on total 2780 yen. It is hidden gem of this fish market. The owner and staff are very friendly. My suggestion is it would be great if there's a English menu card. If you here you must try this hidden gem. It is delicious, very oishi! And other picture I ate the next day and it cost 6660 yen due to the sea urchin and sashimi Toro tuna and scallop.
