Yakiniku restaurant

★ 4.31,059 reviews

Grilled Wagyu beef, pork & seafood, plus noodle & rice dishes, at a stylish yakiniku BBQ restaurant.

【2-minute walk from Hosui-Susukino Station, 5-minute walk from Susukino Station】 Authentic yakiniku with overwhelming cost performance, enjoyed in an extraordinary space. Also within walking distance of "Susukino Station" on the Namboku subway line. Step inside and you'll find a stylish designer space that overturns the conventions of yakiniku restaurants. With over 20 years since its founding, and loved in Sapporo all along, only 『GAjA』 offers "carefully selected wagyu, pork, and chicken" at surprisingly reasonable prices. What's more, its side menu boasts a lineup that's no exaggeration to call number one in the yakiniku industry! The calm sofa seats are ideal for dates, girls' nights, and evenings when you want to talk quietly. Since it's open until late at night, it's perfect for a late dinner or a "finisher" after drinking…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10000/10 – A Wagyu Dream in Susukino! If you are in Sapporo, GAjA Susukino is an absolute must-visit. I’d give it 10000/10 if I could! The Food (Life-Changing): • Wagyu Galbi Sushi: This isn't just "meat on rice." The fat is perfectly seared and melts into the rice for a total "OMG" moment. • Wagyu Boneless (Short Rib): The marbling is insane. It turns into buttery, juice-filled bites on the grill that barely require chewing! The Service: Huge shout-out to Ms. Irem from Istanbul! She is incredibly helpful and makes the experience so much easier for foreigners. She’s absolutely lovely and provides top-tier service—definitely a bonus to an already amazing meal! The Vibe: The place is sleek, stylish, and has a great atmosphere. The ordering system is seamless, and the food comes out fast. Final Verdict: Highly, highly recommended. If you love Wagyu, do not leave Hokkaido without eating here! 🥩🔥

I went to Gaja with a friend for dinner on February 20th! From the staff at the front desk to the waiters, the service was excellent, and since we ordered via QR code, it was a huge relief for a modern guy like me! It was my first time there, but the yakiniku and everything else was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Gaja as one of Hokkaido’s best all-you-can-eat restaurants.

This place is amazing! We went late at night for all you can eat yakiniku and it was the best Ive ever had. Absolutely delicious meat, salads, ramen and sides. Everything here was phenomenal. The seating, grill, and general atmosphere is perfect. Great spot for a date or a night out with the boys. I would've taken better photos but I was too eager to eat. I will absolutely be returning here everytime im in Sapporo

My honest review about eating here at GAja restaurant is that the experience is really enjoyable. It was my second time eating here. I like that you can grill the meat yourself, so it’s always fresh and hot when you eat it. The meat was tender, juicy, and had a really good flavor even without too much sauce. When it starts grilling, the smell is so good and it makes you more excited to eat. The atmosphere is also nice and relaxing, which makes the whole dining experience more comfortable. Another thing I liked is that you can eat at your own pace. You can grill a few pieces, enjoy them, and then cook more when you’re ready. It feels more interactive and fun compared to normal restaurants where everything is already prepared. The meat goes really well with rice and side dishes, which makes the meal more satisfying. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again.
