The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating to our large group, inviting us in warmly as we struggled to find a quick bite. They made sure we had cold drinks, bibs, and even offered hair ties to keep long hair out of the soup! The restaurant space is small but not stuffy. I could see the chef cooking in the kitchen from my seat. The food came out very quickly. The noodles were delicious and the soup stock was so rich! Very appropriate portions. I highly recommend this restaurant, and clearly others like it too because a line was forming outside as we finished our meal. I will definitely come again next time I’m in Sapporo.

We revisited this store twice while on a holiday from Singapore. There is free parking across the store for their customers. The store opens at 5.30pm for dinner and there was already a queue when we came at 5.35pm. The restaurant is ran by a team of very young chaps. They were friendly and patient. On the previous visit, the lot was full (approx 10 cars), however, while stopping on the road side to figure out where to park since it’s full, one of the staff came running out to guide us to an empty space on the lot. However, we couldn’t fit. The same staff then went back in and came out with a driver from one of the other car. The driver of the other car shifted his vehicle so that I could fit my vehicle into the lot. They deserve a shoutout!

I have been to this restaurant several times and the food they serve is always exquisite. The staff are very attentive and take care of every detail. My friends and I were given aprons and hair ties, which allowed us to eat comfortably. I recommend it 100%🤩 I went home happy to have eaten delicious food and to have been in a place with such good service. You don't see that in all restaurants ☺️

Arrived here at night after a trip in Noboribetsu. Unfortunately, side fried rice already sold out, it’s sad how this place served limited portions of it. Shoyu tsukemen looks simple but the flavor was complex and deep. Counter seat always a good choice since I get to see head chef stir-fry onions and beansprouts in a wok with intense fire. I can taste delicious charred flavor from those vegetables. Noodles are satisfyingly chewy as expected for tsukemen. After finished with noodles, you can diluted thick tsukemen broth with clear dashi soup so the broth became lighter then you can easily sip through last drop. Staffs are energetic and proper like most ramen shops. But I’m still bummed about not being able to eat delicious chahan..
