healthy, not greasy, broth is umami packed. It might looks simple, but you can tell the broth is made with love and hard work.
View on GoogleSolid find. Highly recommend the white soy sauce ramen. Tiny unassuming store so you won’t come across it unless you’re looking for it.
View on GoogleOne of the best chicken ramen!! Noodle texture is overwhelming
View on GoogleI had the "Seafood Shoyu". I bought a meal ticket at the ticket machine and then sat down. No chemical seasonings, the seafood flavor is strong, and the slightly thick soup clings to the medium-thin curly noodles and was delicious. Toppings were green onion, grilled nori, menma, and chashu. The menma had a good texture, and there were 3 thin slices of chashu, very delicious. On weekday lunch, a small rice is included as a service, so I ate my fill. Inside the shop there are only counter seats, about 8. Bicycle parking in front of the shop for 4 bikes.
View on GoogleI arrived a little before opening time, but the owner came out and said it was okay to come in. If you enter right at opening, it seems it would inconvenience other customers if you haven't decided your order beforehand (lol). I had the sanma shoyu and the mini chashu don, and the moment I took a sip of the soup, I naturally muttered "so good." It's not heavy at all, yet not artificially fishy either, it's exquisite. The chashu was thinly sliced and seasoned just right, easy to eat, and I personally had nothing to complain about, it was delicious! I want to try the other flavors next, so I'll come again! Thank you also for the owner's kind "Take care" as I left!
