I had Miso Ramem with butter and corns and dipping noddles. They are so good to try and I really love it. I had to wait for over 30 min even though it was a late nigtht. However, it shows how this Ramen shop is popular in Japan. Thank you for serving great food!
View on GoogleI think I overdid it with the pork fat broth. After having other broths around Sapporo, this was just OK, IMO. I did like that they offer 'Half Size' bowls! Allows you to eat less and try other Ramen shops.
View on GoogleSmall little hole in a wall place down the “new ramen street”. We first walked to the famous ramen street but it was so packed with liens for every single restaurant we decided to walk around and eat somewhere else. We had to a wait a little bit inside the corridor before the waitress asked us to order on the self service machine (which also has english), and then continued to wait outside. When there was space we were able to sit down and our food was served shortly. The noodles were fantastic however the broth was a bit too fishy for my taste and the meat was a thin slice of salty pork with little fat.
View on GoogleDelicious ramen. Everything is good. Very small eatery and if you’re here during the winter. There is no heating outside the store. Be a chap and close the door when you enter and exit the store. English menu via the ticket dispensary. Accepts all sorts of payment including IC cards.
View on GoogleSmall eatery with the perfect ramen. The soup was delicious. Loved the curly ramen and the egg. Chef could communicate in English. This location is quite easy to find. Look for the sign Ramen Alley no. 3. Once inside look for the Michelin star. Highly recommend.
