View on GoogleI don't normally come to this area, but I learned about this restaurant when visiting the place next door with the long queue, and this was my first visit. It was Sunday, but just after opening, so I was seated smoothly without having to queue. Considering the temperature that day as well, I ordered the soy sauce tsukemen, which seems to be their standard offering. The soup clings to the smooth, chewy noodles, and it's simply delicious♪ I finish even the soup with tsukemen, and toward the end I was starting to think, “Maybe it's time for some diluting broth.” As if reading my mind, without me saying anything, they brought it over, saying, “Please use this to your liking.” This diluting broth also had a faint yuzu flavor, which I liked, and offered a little change of taste. I finished it in no time and regretted not ordering a large portion, but I also want to try other flavors and the ramen, so I'll look forward to those next time.
View on GoogleHats off to how polished it is! Rich miso tsukemen at a popular restaurant in Sapporo's Higashi Ward I visited the renowned Sapporo restaurant “札幌 Fuji屋.” This time I had their signature miso tsukemen. The moment it arrived, an appetizing miso aroma spread through the air. The soup is extremely rich, yet free of off flavors and remarkably well perfected. It coats the noodles beautifully, and I slurped it all down in one go. Personally, I prefer the taste at “風来堂,” but Fuji屋 certainly lives up to its popularity with convincing quality. Next time, I'd like to try the miso ramen that people around me were ordering. I'm also curious about the “辛化つけ麺,” which looks like it packs quite a punch. I'd definitely like to take it on one evening when I don't mind sweating buckets!
View on GoogleArrived at 10:50, with a family of 5 waiting in line. After I entered, people kept coming in, and the number of waiting customers grew. It's busier than I expected. Parking for 5 cars Inside is counter seating only, perhaps room for about 15 people Run by 2 ramen chefs and 2 floor staff The ticket machine is simple and easy to understand. I ordered miso ramen This apparently is originally a tsukemen restaurant. The kitchen is incredibly clean and organized. It gives the impression of good work. Now, time to eat The fat packs a punch, and beyond it you sense the aroma and richness of miso. Perhaps it falls into the hard-hitting category But the flavor is light, making it exquisite. A deliciousness different from the Sapporo miso ramen I've had before “Super delicious.” The noodles are straight The soup is seafood, tonkotsu, and backfat The chashu is 2 large slices of roast pork The menma and finely shredded green onions are all delicious. An original miso ramen of a high standard. I'll feature it on the youtube channel てっちトラベル.
