I haven't tasted the food and although it is probably good, this place doesn't accept credit cards. My wife and I had to find another place. What kind of restaurant doesn't accept credit cards in this day and age?

[Parking for 3 cars] Opened in 1999 (Heisei 6). It's a creative cuisine restaurant based on French cooking. I wondered what "invention cuisine" is, so I searched, and it said: cuisine you never tire of that values surprise, born from the wish for people to eat dishes with high satisfaction — the excitement of thinking "that looks delicious" the moment you see it, and the feeling of "delicious" when you actually eat it. I ordered the lunch invention bowl ~ pork cutlet bowl, Ejison style. It has a novel look — this is a katsudon? The seaweed looks like wings (lol). The pork cutlet was crispy. The meat was tender and very delicious 😊. The sour sauce and the tartar sauce go unexpectedly well. There's a soft-boiled egg under the pork cutlet, and that's great! 😊 For this quality, 985 yen is cheap, I think. The service seemed rather unfriendly, but on my way out the owner gave me a smile. Maybe he's shy? (lol) [❤❤]

February 2024. I planned to use it after a seminar at Chieria, and since it was a Saturday, it was right to make a reservation ♪ When I visited, the "full" plate was hung out! It's supposedly creative cuisine based on French cooking, but the seat I was shown to was a raised tatami area, a rather strange space. The Ejison lunch had a stylish content that felt a bit out of place in a raised tatami area, and the appetizer and hamburger steak were delicious ☆ If I may be greedy, the dessert plate's dish was cold, so I wished they'd warm the bread plate too, or warm the bread itself (the bread was at room temperature). Credit cards and PayPay were also accepted.

I had the Ejison lunch. It comes with bread, soup, dessert, and coffee, a lunch menu perfect for a girls' get-together. I visited in the middle of a long holiday weekend and it was fairly crowded, but there was no rushing from the service, and perhaps because of the seating layout, there were several solo customers lingering too, so it was a comfortable shop. All the dishes had a handmade feel, and the saltiness was just right and delicious.

I was surprised there was a place like this in Miyanosawa. Based on French cooking, you can enjoy a variety of dishes you've never eaten before. The chicken thigh in red wine was especially fall-apart tender and the best. The escargot was also rich in flavor, so please try it at least once.
