It had closed as a road information center, but apparently it was renamed a snow-clearing station in June and will be put to good use. When I visited again after quite a while, it had become a meeting point for all sorts of groups😅 The toilets were clean✨ （April 2019）

It's on the way from central Sapporo to Jozankei. The roads around here are often congested, so it's worth using as a toilet stop.

There's a large building on the route from Sapporo toward Jozankei and Hakodate. The back seems to be a relay station for road maintenance. The parking lot is spacious, with room for trucks, buses, and quite a few passenger cars. It's open 24 hours. There are no shops, but there are vending machines and toilets. There are benches too, and some people were getting out of their cars and having drinks there.

A place for a break & toilet stop before Nakayama Pass(^○^) There isn't a shop, but there are vending machines. It's always being cleaned, so it's pleasant to use. The cleaning staff are friendly too. If you happen to see them while using the facilities, say hello and thank them.

The parking lot is relatively spacious, the building is clean inside, and benches are provided for resting. There used to be various exhibits about roads, but due to various circumstances, there are now only vending machines, toilets, and a rest area.
