20 years in Miyanomori, Sapporo. An Italian specialty restaurant where the owner-chef, devoted solely to cooking for 36 years, puts their whole heart into every dish. ■ Custom-made original fresh pasta, pursuing what 'pairs best' with the chef's own cooking. Our signature is the 3 kinds of fresh pasta made specially to order to give shape to the chef's dedication. ・'Fettuccine', where the richness of egg yolk clings to rich sauces ・'Spaghetti' made with egg white, with a light, crisp texture ・'Bamboo charcoal' spaghetti that stands out with its color and character. In particular, the harmony these create in our 'cream-based pastas' has been praised by many customers for 20 years. ■ 'The real Italy', with no regard for profit. Hokkaido wheat (Laru…

Best Italian restaurant around this area. Relatively inexpensive considering that the pasta there is created in-house and it offers a large selection of high quality food

This is a place I go to regularly! Appetizer, pasta, and dessert for 2200 yen is way too cheap! The pescatore here is just my style and the tagliolini is the best! The fresh noodles are delicious!! They serve baguette too, and I think it's better quality than a bakery! I'm in the same business so I can tell, the chef is amazing for doing such careful work! Always inspires me! It was delicious! Thanks for the meal!

This is from a past visit, but it was my first time using them for lunch. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the shop. If full, you'll use the nearby Times P. I visited after 12 and the table seats were full. The counter had just 1 group of 2, so I got a counter seat. Once I sat down, the chair was comfortable, and since it's an open kitchen you can watch the chef and cooks work, so the counter seems to be the better choice. I went with the pasta set. I don't remember clearly, but they explained it properly. It comes with homemade focaccia. The fresh pasta was chewy as expected and the thickness was to my liking. The ingredients and sauce were delicious too. I don't usually choose tomato sauce, but I'm glad I did this time. Now, finally the dolce, and for the drink I chose tea, and that was it. It might be hard to see in the pasta photo, but you can see the steam~ As soon as it's cooked, it's handed over the counter right away, so it's piping hot. It seems obvious, but while I've had hot pasta before, I don't remember ever being served it piping hot, and that alone moved me. The taste and atmosphere are good, and the clientele seemed nice too. A repeat visit to a place like this is a must. Apparently the shop's name means "Magokoro Komete" (with all my heart).

Visited on Saturday 25/3. An Italian restaurant in a residential area about a 7-minute walk from 28-chome Station on the Tozai Line. Inside there are counter seats and 4 tables; some people had reservations, and it was full a little after 12. I ordered the daily lunch course. The appetizers were several properly crafted dishes, different from the light vegetable appetizers you often get at lunch, and very delicious. The main fresh pasta had Japanese-style seasoning that went really well with the crispy pork, and it was delicious too. It came with dessert and coffee, making it a great-value lunch. I'd like to come back again.

Sapporo's finest fresh pasta and wine. The cream sauce in particular makes your tongue happy. It's mellow and creamy. Especially when this cream sauce comes with shrimp and such, the aroma of the sea really whets your appetite. Apparently the wine is sourced from an Italian wholesaler, so even the house wine is Italian, full-bodied with a deep, rich flavor, and you end up drinking too much. I'm the driver so I can't drink, but it's so good my wife had 2 glasses. Also, the very talkative owner-chef provides warm hospitality from the open kitchen, talking about everything from the dishes being served to their hobby of snowboarding. Because owner-chef Yoshikawa-san has many fans, first-timers apparently sometimes feel a little left out. But in central Sapporo it would probably cost twice the current price, so please make the trip out to its current, not-so-convenient location.
