A Chinese restaurant sandwiched between pachinko parlors. Inside, it was a very quiet, comfortable place run by an elderly couple. The ankake yakisoba had plenty of ingredients and was delicious, though the fried noodles were a little underwhelming. The menu is very extensive, so I'd like to go again

I had rousi-men and gyoza. I thought it would be like shoyu ramen topped with chinjao rosu, but the thick chinjao rosu sauce formed the soup, and it stayed piping hot to the end. The seasoning was good too, very satisfied🎶 The gyoza was delicious too‼️

Firmly sandwiched between pachinko parlors. The clientele isn't couples or families. Since it's open on Sundays and holidays, it's a place where solo diners have a late breakfast or lunch of beer, set meals and noodles. We came as a family, and the nearby Chinese restaurant was full. Since we were in the mood for Chinese food, we went straight into Hoen without hesitation. They have plenty of original dishes, such as cold ramen and lamb jajamen, so we keep returning. The set meals and unusual noodles are tasty too, but in early autumn, the proprietress's homemade nishinzuke is delicious. Cold shio ramen is quite welcome when it's over 30 degrees.

Smoking is allowed, and apparently you can use the parking lot of the pachinko parlor next door. It feels like an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant. The flavors are more geared toward Japanese tastes than authentic Chinese cuisine, and they're delicious.

The piping-hot mapo tofu with just the right spiciness coats the medium-thick curly noodles deliciously. Perhaps because there's no parking lot, it's quiet even at lunchtime.
