one of the best "ramen" of my life you pay first in cash on a ticket machine and they cook your noodle so fast, stir-fry fresh vegetables to put in and the chashu pork is not too fatty (as usual in other restaurants for my taste). Perfect It's very very filling
View on GoogleI have never had Champon before, but this place was recommended to me and my friend. We went around 3pm, and it was about half full, but I could get a seat instantly for two people. We got the basic one (950 yen). It was very rich in flavor and super delicious! The soup is seafood (crab) based with pork and lard fornadded flavor, it was very delicious! They do have some bigger options (extra noodles, vegetables or add an egg, etc.). Highly reccomended.

View on GoogleVisited around 14:30 on Saturday, July 4, 2026. I visited this shop that serves Nagasaki champon. This time I ordered the "Champon with Extra Vegetables (with boiled egg)" and the "Special Champon (extra-large portion)." ⸻ What I ordered * Champon with Extra Vegetables (with boiled egg) * Special Champon (extra-large portion) ⸻ Impressions ◎ Special Champon (extra-large portion) The extra-large portion is very generous, packed with vegetables, and really filling. I think it's highly satisfying for anyone who wants to be stuffed. The noodles were boiled on the firm side, and I got the impression they were more yellow than the noodles in champon eaten in the original Nagasaki. The soup had more of the richness of tonkotsu than seafood flavor, and overall it tasted closer to tonkotsu ramen than "champon." Since it's relatively heavy, adding the red pickled ginger on the table gives a nice sour accent and makes it easier to finish. ◎ Champon with Extra Vegetables (with boiled egg) The vegetables are properly increased, and you can enjoy a crisp texture. The boiled egg adds mellowness, and the volume was plenty. ⸻ Interior atmosphere * Counter seats: 4 * Table seats: 4 tables for 4 people There are about 20 seats in total, and the interior was easy to use whether alone or in a group. ⸻ Value and repeat visit I think the content is satisfying for those who prioritize volume. On the other hand, as someone from Nagasaki, I felt the direction differs from authentic champon, with its seafood umami and a light yet deep soup. For that reason, I personally probably won't return. ⸻ Recommended for * Those who want to eat a hearty champon * Those who like rich, tonkotsu ramen-style flavors * Those who want to eat plenty of vegetables If you visit expecting Nagasaki champon, your impression may differ, but I think you'll be satisfied if you enjoy it as a rich, tonkotsu-based champon. Authentic Nagasaki champon is characterized by a light yet deep soup in which the umami of seafood and vegetables has melted. By comparing them, you may be able to enjoy the differences even more.
View on GoogleI came after seeing it on TV. The soup is light The noodles go down smoothly Next time I'll come back on an empty stomach. The champon was delicious! I visited an hour after eating ramen + fried rice, so I was stuffed.
