Today I went to Buta King, which I'd been curious about for a long time! The shop is small, with maybe 8 counter seats? Since it was my first time, I bought the ramen with 1 slice of chashu. I had garlic normal, vegetables extra (mashi), fat extra (mashi). The volume was bigger than I expected. The taste is good, the soup temperature and amount are good, and the chashu was also well seasoned and absolutely delicious. All this for 1000 yen! I'll go again! 7/22 I wanted to eat it again and came back! There was a limited 4th-Wednesday shio ramen! Unlike the usual ramen, it had flat hand-cut noodles with stylish toppings, and the soup was rich yet refreshing, and I drank it all. There was no mashi or mashi-mashi, personally I wanted to eat more, but unlike usual, I think it's a ramen that children and women can eat too! The price is 1000 yen It was really delicious, but I personally prefer the usual Jiro-style ramen mashi-mashi (laughs)

Some people may not like the atmosphere inside the shop, but that doesn't matter much to true ramen lovers The pork is just delicious! It's miso flavor only, but I think even people who don't like miso can eat it and enjoy it! The owner's attitude is good too! You wouldn't think it's a Jiro-style place!
