凡の風Bon No Kaze
Trendy venue for noodles flavored by miso broth, topped with pork, soft-boiled eggs & leek.
From December 1, our shop will reopen as "Sapporo Bon no Kaze". For about two and a half years we served miso ramen once a week as "Miso Day", and during that time we came to see many things. That local customers really do love miso, and that people visiting Sapporo as tourists really do want to eat miso ramen. We want people to eat a delicious bowl and smile. Because that is the feeling with which we run our shop, we decided to take a fresh look at Sapporo miso ramen, Sapporo's local ramen, and to welcome our customers once again as a Sapporo ramen shop. Please come experience our carefully crafted ramen and the atmosphere of our shop…

Huge portions! Meticulous chef and kind service. However, the ramen broth lacked flavour in my opinion. Ordered the red miso ramen 🍜 and found that after the first couple of mouthfuls there was hardly any layering or depth. Have had several much better broths. But the portions are very generous.

View on GoogleKind staff and delicious ramen! The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. We had a crazy 8 month old, and it was so nice not to feel rushed, even though it took us a while to finish our meal.
View on GoogleAll of us ordered different ramen and all tasted good. Noodles texture was quite different than other ramen shop. I ordered the spicy ramen, and of course it was not that spicy. They were generous with bamboo shoots and all were quite big pieces. All of their ramen doesn’t include Ajitama (egg), so do remember to add on ¥110 for each. First insert your yen notes or coins into the ticket vending machine. Then choose the type of ramen. Take a seat at the side to wait for your turn.
View on GoogleExceptional! The spiced citrus is one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve had in Sapporo (out of 20+ places). Perfect noodles and ajitama is VERY flavorful. Bravo!
