2025.09.28 ・A soba shop on Hiragishi-dori along the subway Namboku Line. It's roughly midway between Sumikawa Station and Jieitai-mae Station. ・As the name suggests, it seems to serve juwari (100% buckwheat) soba from Bihoro, and although it was past noon on a Sunday, a few groups were waiting, a popular shop. ・Its tempura seems highly rated, and many customers were ordering tempura soba or tendon sets, but my wife ordered the mori soba at 700 yen and I ordered the large mori soba at 1,000 yen. ・I was surprised when it arrived. As expected for +300 yen for the large, it was the amount of two generous servings of mori soba. The lady at the shop told me to eat slowly. ・For juwari, the soba was made well without breaking. The dipping sauce doesn't push the dashi flavor forward much, and has a sharp, salty bite. ・Anyway, you get stuffed; recommended for those who want to eat their fill of juwari, and I'll go with the regular size next time.

First visit. I went in around 13:30. Rice dishes were only available up to mini bowls, and hot soba was sold out. I was planning on cold soba so it was no problem. I ordered the mini tendon set, my companion the shrimp tempura set. It arrived about 5 minutes after ordering. The mini bowl wasn't mini to me. The amount of soba is maybe about 180 g? Medium +200 yen, large +300 yen, and for soba alone I could probably eat about double.

The hall staff were also very energetic and served me with lovely smiles☝️😊 I entered right at opening, and the seats filled up almost immediately💦 As for the all-important soba, I had the 'Ebi Tendon Soba Set'; it's certainly a big portion, but I enjoyed it very much‼️ The tempura also seems to be fried to order, delicious😋 I'll visit again. Thank you for the meal😋

I went during a full-house period, but the staff guided us smoothly saying "We'll clear it right away," and the service was very pleasant from the moment we entered. This was my first time trying "juwari soba," and it went down the throat surprisingly smoothly, with the soba's aroma coming through clearly and delicious. And what surprised me most was the volume! The moment it arrived I was overwhelmed, wondering "can I finish this?", such a generous amount. The facilities inside are well equipped, especially the restroom, which is barrier-free with handrails installed, and I felt the thoughtful care so that anyone can use it with peace of mind. Last order is 14:00, but they close once the soba runs out. Rice dishes may also sell out early, so it may be safer to come early. Taste, service, and cleanliness were all wonderful. I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

The shrimp tempura was fluffy and sweet and delicious. The soba was, well, good too. I'm full from the ten-zaru. There was parking for about 3 cars beside the shop. No parking in front of the shop! Later I ordered the large size. It's less "large" and more like double the amount, and I couldn't finish it. (tears)
