As someone from London who considers himself a bit of a steak enthusiast, this has been one of my best meals so far in Sapporo! The care and passion that goes into the food here is evident from the very first bite. Every steak was cooked perfectly, packed with flavour, and consistently excellent from start to finish. I’ve often struggled to find restaurants that can cook steak exactly how I like it, but this place got it absolutely spot on. In fact, I’m writing this review before I’ve even paid the bill, which says a lot because I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews. The meal was that good! The quality of the food, the attention to detail, and the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. I’m already thinking about what I’m going to order on my next visit. I eat Wagyu steak around the world, this maybe the worst I’ve had. Hard as a rock that I spit over a dozen pieces out back on my plate. They claim over A4 smh.

Had a few days of ramen and noodles already so decided for meat only. Been at these chain stores before. The steak I chose was mid range. Added a hamburger patty and a highball.

It's all about the beef, enough said,no gimmicks. I ate the kobe steak,beef tenderloin had a Sapporo beer nothing fancy served on iron skillet 3 PC broccoli,onions,corn. Delicious, cuz it aint about what the steak is wearing,it's how's it taste
