I found myself coming back to this place every single night during my 4-day trip to Sapporo. The atmosphere is great, and the bartenders are absolutely lovely and speak good English. They have a diverse, tasty food and drink menu, all at very fair prices. Ohhh and the fries from fresh potatoes is delicious! The only minor downside is that the ventilation isn't the best, so be prepared to leave smelling a bit like a deep fryer. Still, it's highly recommended and easily worth a visit!

One of the best restaurants in Sapporo! I came to Sapporo for a six-day holiday and somehow found myself returning to Bearfoor Bar every single day of my stay. Sometimes for a full meal or just for a drink. That alone says a lot about how good this place is. The atmosphere is warm, lively, and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. The staff truly stand out. They are incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, and they always make you feel comfortable, whether it’s your first visit or your fifth. The prices for both food and drinks are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality. The food is excellent, and the fish and chips deserve a special mention. Crispy, perfectly cooked, and easily some of the best I’ve had. It became a must-order for me. Overall, Bearfoor Bar is a fantastic pub that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sapporo. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip.

This bar is the best. The atmosphere, prices, hours, and clientele—it’s all great. The staff, in particular, are very friendly. If you visit here, you might even make some new friends. Be sure to check it out when you’re in Sapporo!!

As an Aussie wasn’t sure I would find a bar showing the State of Origin game from back home. But much to my delight and surprise this bar did. But not only did they have the game on live, but the service, drinks and food were fantastic. Highly recommend and will return again during my stay in Sapporo 👏

Probably one of the highlights of my Sapporo trip… came here twice after my friend recommended me this place and definitely did not disappoint! Yummy burger and cocktails haha. Highly recommend when you’re in Sapporo.
