Superb blend of mild coffee beans with Hokkaido milk “Biei Jersey” variant. I chose the mild coffee as I am afraid I won’t be able to sleep tonight if I had the strong beans at 4.30pm hahaha! The milk is rich & tasty… complements the coffee taste perfectly. Definitely 5 stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 And the shop is very cosy & quaintly decorated 👍🏼🤩

A memorable latte in Hokkaido. Since the region is famous for its milk, I had to try it—and they even let you choose different types of milk paired with either medium or light roast beans. I went with a medium roast and Jersey milk. The latte was smooth and delicate, perfect for a cold day. The shop itself is quite small, with just a bit of standing space to enjoy your coffee.

First coffee here in Sapporo. Coffee was great, they have different options for beans and milk which makes the whole experience very personal. The coffee is well calibrated and their milk choice suits their coffee selection. The space is very small though and can only accommodate take away and no dine-in..

Nice takeaway coffee setup close to Sapporo's CBD. You can choose which Hokkaido milk you'd like and which beans go into it. A premium experience for a flat white, and the staff do a great job delivering a delicious cup.
