Nice ramen shop, I do not like all of their menu though. Particularly like their 肉入り醤油バリキ面

Lunch from a little while ago. I visited ばりきや 菊水本店 in Shiroishi Ward. My 2nd visit♪ This time I ordered kaori tonkotsu shoyu and karaage rice. It's a little disappointing that ramen over 1000円 has become normal lately. Still, the portions are generous, so perhaps it's fine. For the ramen, I think I preferred the assari tonkotsu from last time. Having various ways to change the flavor is nice too♪ Thanks for the meal😋 #Sapporo #ShiroishiWard #Kikusui #Ramen #Lunch #KaoriTonkotsuShoyu950 #KaraageRice200 #ばりきや 菊水本店 #2025/11/25

Visiting again after a long time. At some point they resumed evening service too, though they close early. Payment now uses the same kind of ticket machine as 山岡家, upgraded to accept cashless payments including credit cards. It's as delicious as ever, and with more staff, the service has improved too. Still, the rise in ramen prices can't be helped. It's been a favorite since it was at the ビズカフェ location by Sapporo Station's north exit, so I'm very happy to be back after so long.

I couldn't forget the tonkotsu ramen I had in Hakata, so I searched for somewhere to have it in Sapporo and came here. That distinctive tonkotsu smell is addictive; I'm getting a little hooked. The search brought up various places, but I chose this one for its price and location. I entered a little before noon on Monday, and there were just some businesspeople having an early lunch. As for the taste… Delicious! But different from the authentic flavor & smell. A shame. People who dislike tonkotsu may feel differently, but there's almost none of that tonkotsu smell in a good sense. There are free toppings such as beni shoga and bean sprouts, so you can customize it to your taste. Payment uses a meal-ticket system and accepts various payment methods. There was also an イオンカード logo, so I imagine there's some sort of benefit. The disappointing part was the staff's lack of enthusiasm, chatting away while working. There was no friendliness, which was disappointing. I probably won't come back even if I crave tonkotsu ramen. The branch beside ヨドバシカメラ was better in various ways, so I think I'll go there when I want some.
