We go to this restaurant in the end of the year 2025. We can not find any restaurants have available table. So we just go in and dont know it good or bad. Finally it is better than us respect. It is so yummi and fresh ( shrime and crab ). Another hidden gem in our list in Sapporo

Delicious soba shop in the heart of Sapporo city.

The main branch of 東家, very close to Hosui Susukino Station. The interior is spacious and full of traditional Japanese charm. It isn't noisy, so you can spend a relaxing time here. Payment was cash only; credit cards and electronic money were not accepted. I had 「冷たい彩りそば（1,395円）」. The shrimp cluster tempura was particularly high-quality, bringing out the sweetness and savory flavor of the plump shrimp, and I was very satisfied. Recommended when you want to enjoy delicious soba somewhere quiet in the Susukino area.

An interior where you can take a relaxing breather. With tatami seating and counter seats, it's a calm space. The soba also has a gentle, comforting taste that puts you at ease. It's lovely to have such a good dining experience in central Sapporo.

Just what you'd expect from the main branch👍 It has an aura about it. Even the nori on the zaru soba is delicious. The soba is spread in a thin layer across the bamboo tray, arranged so it's easy to eat with chopsticks. A renowned shop where you can feel the attention to little details✨
