All through our travel across Japan, we kept looking for a good pancake place. We missed going to the popular ones in Tokyo, so we went out hunting for a great one in Sapporo. This place delighted us not just with the food but also the service. The hosts were warm and made us feel welcome. They seemed genuinely happy to be working at this place. The decor is great and offers a calm and serene experience. Order any pancake and it would paste a smile on your face for sure. This place is on the floor above the ground. So you might have to look up to spot it 🙂

The softest, most delicious mouth watering pancakes in all of Sapporo. With a choice of fresh fruit like banana and chocolate syrup. Combination plates with omelets & pancakes would make a perfect lunch/brunch too! Plenty of drink options that include coffee as well as tea too. Easy access via public transportation for anyone to enjoy the tasty treats!

I ordered tiramisu pancake, but it just came on a plate with 3 pieces of fluffy pancake, chocolate syrup, a small cup of espresso and milk cream on top. I cannot find it good enough to call it tiramisu as no taste of mascarpone cheese and rum. The store lady said the cream with cheese, but I cannot taste any of cheese. I think other favors be much better. Disappointed ☹️

Was craving some pancakes later in the evening, this place is a must! The pancakes were delicious and came out in less than 15 minutes. Service was great, welcoming staff. Would definitely go again, worth the money.

Tried the fluffy pancakes here and they were incredibly soft and airy, with a light sweetness that didn’t feel heavy at all. The whipped cream on top paired perfectly with the syrup, adding richness without overpowering the pancakes themselves. Presentation was beautiful and the portion was generous enough to share. The hot coffee complemented the meal nicely, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and cozy. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving soft, Japanese-style pancakes.
